Position:Technical Lead – Full Stack, Voice AI & GenAI Engineering

About the Role

Mobiloitte Technologies is looking for a hands-on Technical Lead with solid Full Stack engineering expertise and practical experience building, deploying, and optimizing production-grade AI systems.

The ideal candidate will combine technical leadership with expertise in Voice AI, RAG, Agentic AI, private/self-hosted LLMs, and low-latency AI architectures.

Candidates with experience limited to prompt engineering or third-party AI API integration will not meet the core requirement.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead engineering teams and drive technical architecture, development, code reviews, and delivery.
- Build scalable Full Stack applications, APIs, microservices, and AI-powered enterprise solutions.
- Develop Voice Bots using the complete STT → LLM/RAG → TTS pipeline.
- Build RAG-based enterprise search using embeddings, chunking, hybrid search, reranking, and vector databases.
- Deploy open-source LLMs within private cloud, VPC, dedicated infrastructure, or on-premises environments.
- Optimize inference latency, token consumption, context windows, GPU utilization, concurrency, and AI performance.
- Develop AI Agents and intelligent workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, or equivalent frameworks.
- Ensure secure, scalable, and reliable AI deployments with appropriate data privacy controls.

Voice AI & RAG





- Hands-on experience building Voice Bots and real-time conversational AI systems.
- Knowledge of STT/TTS, streaming, WebSockets, SIP/telephony, and interruption handling.
- Practical experience with RAG, embeddings, semantic/hybrid search, reranking, and vector databases.

Private LLMs & Optimization

- Experience deploying Llama, Qwen, Mistral, or similar open-source models.
- Knowledge of vLLM, Ollama, TensorRT-LLM, GPU/VRAM sizing, quantization, and inference optimization.
- Understanding of private LLM security, data isolation, token-cost optimization, and concurrent request handling.

Full Stack & Leadership

- Strong backend expertise in Python, Node.js, Java, or .NET.
- Experience with React.js, Angular, Vue.js, APIs, microservices, and databases.
- Knowledge of AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and team leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience building custom Voice AI stacks rather than relying entirely on third-party platforms.
- Experience replacing public LLM APIs with self-hosted models.
- Production deployment experience, AI evaluation, hallucination reduction, and performance monitoring.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical mentoring skills.

What We Expect

- Candidates must be able to explain AI systems they have personally architected or developed, their individual contributions, and the technical challenges they solved.

Priority will be given to candidates with proven production experience in Voice AI, RAG, private LLM deployment, and low-latency AI optimization.
