Role Summary

We are seeking a Technical Operations Lead to manage the D1 Guard App, monitor guard attendance, coordinate with site teams, and resolve operational or technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily use of the D1 Guard App.

Monitor guard attendance, check-ins, and site updates.

Follow up on missing or incorrect reports.

Coordinate with guards, supervisors, management, and developers.

Track and escalate app issues.

Prepare daily and weekly attendance and MIS reports.

Train users and suggest process improvements.

Requirements

Graduate or diploma holder in IT, Computer Applications, or a related field.

0–3 years of experience in app support, MIS, technical operations,



or field coordination.

Proficiency in mobile apps, Excel, and Google Sheets.

Robust communication, follow-up, troubleshooting, and reporting skills.

Experience with attendance or workforce-management systems is preferred.

KPIs

Daily attendance monitoring for all deployed guards.

Timely follow-up on missing updates.

Accurate reports and issue tracking.

Prompt escalation of critical problems.

- Completion of assigned tasks within deadlines.

Compensation
