We’re looking for a Technical Lead – Frontend & Backend who combines strong software engineering fundamentals with expertise in Agentic AI, LLMs, and AI-assisted development to lead the design and delivery of modern, intelligent applications.

Responsibilities

- Lead the architecture, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance web applications.
- Drive frontend and backend engineering best practices, code quality, security, and maintainability.
- Design and develop modern frontend applications using React.js and related technologies.
- Build robust backend services, APIs, and microservices using Python and FastAPI.
- Develop AI-powered applications incorporating LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and agentic workflows.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools for code generation, refactoring, testing, documentation, and debugging.
- Review AI-generated code critically to ensure quality, security, performance, and maintainability.
- Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Drive CI/CD, automated testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

Frontend Engineering

- Strong experience with React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with state management solutions such as Redux, Context API, or equivalent.
- Expertise in reusable UI components, responsive design, frontend architecture,



and performance optimization.

Backend Engineering

- Strong programming experience in Python and hands-on experience with FastAPI.
- Experience designing REST APIs, microservices, and scalable backend architectures.
- Robust understanding of databases, system design, cloud platforms, and CI/CD practices.

Agentic AI & Generative AI

- Practical experience developing Agentic AI applications and autonomous workflows.
- Experience with LLM integration, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and vector databases.
- Familiarity with frameworks and tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, or equivalent technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI-assisted development tools effectively and validate AI-generated code.

Technical Leadership

- 7+ years of software engineering experience, with proven technical leadership or mentoring experience.
- Strong problem-solving, architectural decision-making, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to balance delivery speed with code quality, security, scalability, and maintainability.

Work Arrangement: Fully Remote
