- Operation of FFX machine and control rejection at filling stage.
- Maintain quality of product (as per IPQC standard).
- Follow Departmental SOP's and cGMP.
- To follow the instruction received from Shift In charge.
- Responsible for personnel and machine safety.
- Responsible for performing the pressure cuff test as per the SOP.
- Follow clean room area discipline and maintain clean room area cleaning.
- Record all necessary information / readings. MRN in machine operating log books / aseptic cleaning records and BPCR.
- Maintain facility and equipment / machine in positive condition.
- To ensure segregation of generated waste material.
- To report and investigate Environmental, safety, Energy loss deviations / incidents, non-conformance.
- To take immediate action to avoid spillage.
- To understand & follow Environmental, Occupational health and safety, Energy policy.
- Understand and follow the OCP for preventing, reducing or eliminating the significant aspects, Energy loss and risks in respective area.
