We are looking for a hands-on .NET professional with strong technical leadership, team management and international client engagement experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead .NET development teams, technical solutioning, code reviews and troubleshooting.
- Mentor developers, drive technical excellence and ensure smooth delivery.
- Independently manage technical discussions, client expectations and escalations with overseas clients.
- Support resource planning, technical estimations and pre-sales solutioning.
Must-Have Skills:
- Solid hands-on expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs and SQL Server.
- Positive understanding of Azure, application architecture and Agile practices.
- Minimum 3–4 years of technical leadership experience.
- Proven experience handling international clients independently.
- Excellent spoken English and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to work from the Indore office (relocation candidates welcome).
