Role & responsibilities

- Design & orchestrate end-to-end buyer journeys, from ICP identification through revenue conversion

- Build and optimize multi-channel GTM experiments using AI tools and platforms

- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to identify, engage and convert high-value accounts

- Build automated workflows and systems that scale revenue operations, integrating GTM tools with our core product and data

- Partner closely with the leadership team as a technical Chief of Staff to drive key projects and business strategy initiatives from planning through execution

- Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize the entire revenue funnel

- Evaluate & Implement new GTM technologies to maintain competitive advantage

- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly business reports, ensuring data-driven decision-making

- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement AI-based solutions to streamline workflows

- Develop an AI-powered operational framework to scale and future-proof our business

- Own processes end-to-end scope, build, ship and maintain internal tools, integrations and automations using our product stack (Node.js, Python, React.js)

- Build AI-powered solutions using OpenAI APIs and Claude Code to accelerate engineering, operations and GTM workflows

- Act as the bridge between engineering, product and business teams, translating business priorities into technical execution





Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Strong working knowledge of our tech stack: Node.js, Python, React.js, OpenAI APIs and Claude Code

- Familiarity with modern GTM tech stack (Clay, HubSpot, Send Spark, etc.)

- Must have 4+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with exposure to AI-driven operations, automation and business intelligence

- Strong analytical capabilities with a data-first approach to decision-making and optimizing systems

- Hands-on expertise in AI & Automation tools, prompt engineering, and creating scalable workflows

- Excellence in cross-functional collaboration and strategic communication
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a rapid-paced, high-growth environment

- Background in revenue operations, growth or similar technical GTM roles is a strong plus

- Location: Delhi. This is a 100% WFO (Work from Office) role

- Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid experimentation

- Data-driven decision maker with creative problem-solving abilities

- Possess strong business acumen with focus on cost-effective solutions

- Natural ability to influence and align stakeholders across functions

- Engineer at heart with an owner’s mindset – equally comfortable writing code and presenting to leadership
