Role Description This full-time Technical Architect role is an on-site position based in Indore.

The Technical

Architect will design and own end-to-end technical architectures for AI-driven and enterprise software solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.

Responsibilities include collaborating with product owners, business analysts, and development teams to translate requirements into robust solution designs and technical roadmaps. The role involves overseeing integration patterns between systems, guiding technology choices, defining coding and architectural standards,



and reviewing implementation to ensure alignment with best practices.

The Technical

Architect will also troubleshoot complex technical issues, mentor engineers, contribute to proof-of-concept initiatives, and support continuous improvement of architecture frameworks and documentation.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Technical Architecture and Enterprise Architecture skills to design scalable, secure, and high-performing systems.
- Candidates should possess Software Development experience, with hands-on expertise in up-to-date programming languages, frameworks, and cloud platforms.
- Candidates should possess Solution Architecture capabilities to translate business requirements into practical, end-to-end technical solutions.
- Candidates should possess Integration skills, including experience with APIs, microservices, messaging, and data integration across heterogeneous systems.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, cloud-native architectures (e.g., Azure, AWS, or similar), and design patterns.
- Experience leading technical design discussions, conducting code and architecture reviews, and mentoring engineering teams.
- Proficiency in security-by-design principles, performance optimization, and reliability engineering is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple initiatives.
