WE’RE HIRING: TECHNICAL ARCHITECT

BOTMET Technologies is looking for an experienced Technical Architect who combines solid hands-on engineering expertise with solution architecture, system design, and technical leadership.

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Work Mode: Hybrid

Experience: 10 to 14 Years

Employment Type: Full-time

Joining: Immediate Joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days

Key Skills-

- Backend: Node.js, TypeScript, REST APIs, Microservices
- Frontend: Next.js, React, Angular
- Architecture: Solution Architecture, System Design, Distributed Systems, Event-Driven Architecture, HLD/LLD
- Cloud & DevOps: AWS / Azure / GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD
- Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis
- Security & Performance: API Security, OAuth2/OIDC, JWT, OWASP, Performance Optimization
- Technical Leadership: Architecture Reviews, Solutioning, Stakeholder Management, Team Mentoring

Key Responsibilites-

- Design scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications.
- Define solution architecture, application architecture, and integration strategies.
- Lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and key technology decisions.
- Design and develop backend services,



REST APIs, microservices, and modern frontend applications.
- Prepare architecture documents, HLD/LLD, technical specifications, and solution proposals.
- Collaborate with engineering teams, business stakeholders, and DevOps teams.
- Identify technical risks, optimize application performance, and establish engineering best practices.
- Mentor developers and provide technical guidance throughout the development lifecycle.

What We're Looing for-

- 8 to 12 years of software development experience with significant exposure to architecture and technical leadership.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Node.js and TypeScript, along with Next.js/React and Angular.
- Proven experience in solution architecture, system design, microservices, and cloud technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and reliable technical solutions.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days are preferred.
