Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a Technical Analyst to evaluate, implement, configure, and maintain IT systems in alignment with business and technical requirements. The role involves analyzing system requirements, troubleshooting technical issues, supporting system upgrades and maintenance, ensuring security and regulatory compliance, and collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to improve system performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate existing IT systems, applications, and business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Implement, configure, and test technical solutions based on defined specifications.
- Act as a primary point of contact for technical queries and stakeholder support.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system performance and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with security policies, regulatory standards, and IT requirements.
- Document system configurations, technical processes, and operational procedures.
- Support system upgrades, patches,



maintenance, and ongoing system enhancements.

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and applications. Proficiency in systems analysis and requirements gathering.
- Knowledge of technical troubleshooting methodologies and tools.
- Understanding of system implementation, configuration, and testing.
- Knowledge of IT security standards and regulatory compliance.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Experience supporting IT infrastructure and enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with system upgrades, patch management, and maintenance activities.
- Knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting tools.
- Experience in technical documentation and process improvement.
- Understanding of IT service management practices and incident resolution.
- Exposure to system performance monitoring, security controls, and compliance processes.
