1: Technical Account Manager

Experience: 8+ Years

Focus: Service assurance, managed services, network troubleshooting, customer escalations, and service improvement.

Qualification: B.Tech (CS/IT), BCA, or a relevant diploma

? Key Responsibilities

▪️Manage technical relationships with enterprise and multi-location customers.

▪️Handle escalations, coordinate issue resolution, and conduct customer governance meetings.

▪️Identify recurring network issues and drive root cause analysis and service improvement plans.

▪️Coordinate with internal teams and conduct client visits as required.

? Required Skills

▪️Experience in Service Assurance, Managed Services, or Technical Account Management.

▪️Strong network troubleshooting skills and experience handling enterprise customers.

▪️CCNA certification and knowledge of enterprise networking.

▪️Strong customer handling, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

2: Senior Technical Account Manager

Experience: 15+ Years

Focus:



Strategic enterprise account management, SLA governance, major incident management, service delivery, and continuous improvement.

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science / IT

? Key Responsibilities

▪️Own strategic enterprise customer relationships and major technical escalations.

▪️Monitor SLA compliance, MTTR, network performance, and service quality.

▪️Lead customer governance reviews and present performance reports and improvement plans.

▪️Identify network optimization, capacity enhancement, renewal, and upselling opportunities.

? Required Skills

▪️Solid experience in ISP, Telecom, Enterprise Networks, or Managed Services.

▪️Technical knowledge of Leased Lines, MPLS, SD-WAN, Enterprise Wi-Fi, Firewall, VPN, Routing, Switching, VLANs, and TCP/IP.

▪️Experience in SLA management, service governance, and enterprise account management.

▪️CCNA or equivalent certification and ITIL mandatory.
