AT Broadband is looking for energetic and responsible Tech Engineers to join our Broadband Technical Team. The candidate will be responsible for broadband installation, customer complaint handling, troubleshooting, and field technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation and maintenance of broadband connections
- Troubleshooting internet connectivity and Wi-Fi issues
- Fiber cable and basic network fault identification
- Router/ONT installation and configuration
- Attending customer complaints and resolving issues on time
- Visiting customer locations for technical support
- Coordinating with Fiber, NOC, and Customer Support teams
- Maintaining proper updates for assigned complaints and field activities
- Supporting new broadband installations and device replacements
