Sr . Account Executive -

Complex Taskwork:

- Finalisation of STP, Stat Reconciliations / OSR / ATO / Super (complex) FBT
- Process complex payrolls / refunds
- Liaison and management of Audits
- Process and calculate commissions
- Load ABA files
- Stat Bal Sheet Recs ,Insurance Funding set up (unexpired interest etc)

Team Lead -

General requirements:

- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and productive work setting.
- Be responsible for all tasks required for the preparation of client financial statements.
- Ensure internal controls are Implemented and maintained in client environments.
- Develop team members via Navigates Performance Development plan • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients, ensuring that responses to requests are provided in a timely manner.
- Take an interest in our client's businesses, highlighting anything you think could be improved.
