- Previous experience as a Team Leader or Operations Manager specifically in US Logistics / Freight Brokerage, AND hands-on experience handling and managing a team of Freight Brokers.
❌ Candidates without relevant US Logistics / Freight Brokerage experience or previous experience managing a Freight Brokers team will NOT be considered.
? Location: Mohali (Phase 8B)
? Shift: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM (US Shift)
? Job Type: Full-Time
???? ????????? & ??????????:
- Team Leader: 1–2 years of relevant experience
- Operations Manager: 1+ years of relevant experience
??? ????????????????:
- Lead, guide, and manage a team of Freight Brokers.
- Monitor daily sales activities, calls, productivity, KPIs, and targets.
- Support the team in achieving sales goals and improving performance.
- Coordinate with carriers, customers, and internal teams.
- Monitor load coverage, shipment status, and escalations.
- Build strong business relationships and ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
- Identify performance gaps and help improve team productivity and service quality.
???? ??’?? ??????? ???:
- Solid knowledge of US Logistics / Freight Brokerage operations.
- Proven experience handling and managing a team of Freight Brokers.
- Knowledge of freight equipment types such as Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, and LTL.
- Familiarity with DAT, Truckstop, TMS, or similar freight tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and spoken English.
