Lead and manage a team responsible for Soundbox sales and merchant acquisition.
Drive sales targets, team productivity, and business growth.
Train, motivate, and monitor team members to achieve monthly targets.
Ensure current merchant onboarding and Soundbox installations.
Track daily performance, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to management.
Maintain strong merchant relationships and resolve escalations.
