We are looking for experienced finance professionals to join the Record to Report (RTR) team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in general ledger accounting, account reconciliation, journal entries, and month-end closing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Record to Report (RTR) and General Ledger (GL) accounting activities.
- Perform journal entries, accruals, and necessary accounting adjustments.
- Manage account and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Support month-end and period-end closing activities.
- Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Ensure accuracy of financial records and compliance with accounting processes.
- Prepare and support financial reports as required.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in RTR, R2R, General Ledger, or Financial Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end closing.
- Minimum qualification of B.Com.
- Willingness to work in a US night shift.
- Candidates who can join within one week are preferred.
