Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in IT Services / Staffing / Outsourcing sales with a focus on offshore delivery and managed services.
Strong understanding of US market dynamics, contracting models (MSA, SOW, T&M;, Fixed), and client acquisition cycles.
- Established network with Direct Clients, GCC leaders, and enterprise procurement heads.
- Excellent communication, consultative selling, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented workplace.
- Familiarity with solution selling, rate card creation, and proposal strategy.
