Team Lead/Lead Executive - HR Business Partner

About the Role

Advantmed is looking for a dynamic and people-centric Team Lead/ Lead Executive - HR Business Partner to partner with business leaders and drive strategic HR initiatives that enable business growth, employee engagement, and organizational excellence.

This role goes beyond traditional HR operations. We are seeking a proactive HR professional who can act as a trusted advisor to leadership teams, influence organizational decisions, develop people strategies, and lead a high-performing HR environment. The ideal candidate should be capable of balancing strategic thinking with operational execution while mentoring junior HR professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Business Partnership

- Serve as a trusted HR advisor to business leaders and department heads.
- Align people strategies with business objectives and organizational priorities.
- Drive workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and capability-building initiatives.
- Partner with leadership to support organizational growth, business transformation, and change management programs.

Employee Relations & Performance Management

- Lead employee relations initiatives and effectively manage complex employee concerns and grievances.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture.
- Support managers with performance management, employee development, and retention strategies.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and improve overall employee experience.

HR Analytics & Insights

- Analyze workforce data, HR metrics, and organizational trends to provide actionable business insights.
- Develop reports and dashboards for leadership decision-making.
- Use HR analytics to identify opportunities for improvement in employee engagement, retention, and productivity.

Organizational Design & Change Management

- Support business leaders in organizational design, restructuring, and workforce optimization initiatives.




- Lead change management efforts and ensure seamless adoption of organizational changes.
- Drive process improvements and HR best practices across the organization.

Team Leadership

- Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to junior HR team members.
- Ensure effective execution of HR programs, policies, and initiatives.
- Promote collaboration and continuous learning within the HR team.
- Act as a role model for Advantmed’s values and leadership principles.

HR Operations & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Continuously improve HR processes and employee lifecycle management.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Must Have

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- 4-7 years of progressive HRBP experience, preferably in IT, Healthcare, BPO, Shared Services, or quick-paced environments.
- Strong experience in employee relations, business partnering, performance management, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred

- Experience working with SuccessFactors, HRMS platforms, and HR analytics tools.
- Exposure to organizational development, talent management, and workforce planning.
- Prior experience mentoring or leading HR team members.
- Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset.
