Role Description The Team Lead Designer will oversee interior design projects from initial client briefing through final installation, ensuring designs align with client requirements, budget, and timelines. This full-time role is on-site, based in Noida, and involves leading a design team, assigning tasks, reviewing work, and maintaining design consistency across projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts, preparing 2D and 3D layouts, coordinating materials and finishes, and collaborating with vendors, contractors, and project managers to ensure precise execution.

Designer will conduct client meetings, present design proposals, manage feedback, and provide regular project updates. The role also requires maintaining quality standards, resolving on-site design issues, and supporting continuous improvement in processes and design methods.

Qualifications

- Strong interior design skills, including space planning, concept development, and proficiency with 2D and 3D design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar).
- Project leadership experience, including team coordination, task delegation, timeline management, and on-site supervision.
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and modular solutions for residential and commercial interiors.
- Client-facing skills, including presentation, negotiation, requirement gathering, and clear written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail under tight deadlines.
- Relevant academic background in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; professional certifications are an advantage.
- Experience working with contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams, preferably within the Delhi NCR region.
