Accounts Receivable Team Leader
Job Summary
We are seeking an AR Team Lead to supervise our accounts receivable functions. You will manage transactional processing, handle end-to-end sales and bank reconciliations, ensure robust inventory documentation controls, and deliver timely management reporting.
Key RequirementsTeam Leadership & System Management
- Lead and supervise the Accounts Receivable team day-to-day.
- Ensure accurate posting of sales, returns, collections, and refunds in the ERP.
- Establish internal controls and review team performance regularly.
- Ensure full compliance with accounting policies and statutory requirements.
Reconciliations & Approvals
- Monitor daily reconciliations for sales, POS/EDC, cash, and bank settlements.
- Audit marketplace portal reports and resolve outstanding discrepancies.
- Verify customer refunds and ensure proper approval documents are in place.
- Manage Gift Voucher issuance, redemption, and reconciliation tracking.
