Job Summary

We are looking for passionate, dedicated, and qualified teaching faculty to teach students from Grades 1 to 10. The ideal candidates should possess solid subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, effective classroom management abilities, and a commitment to providing quality education.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, student-centred lessons in accordance with the school curriculum.

Teach the assigned subject effectively to students from Grades 1 to 10.

Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessment materials.

Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.

Monitor students' academic progress and provide individual attention where required.

Conduct regular assessments, examinations, and remedial sessions.

Maintain classroom discipline and encourage positive student behaviour.

Integrate innovative teaching methodologies and technology into classroom instruction.

Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and academic performance.

Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' progress and development.





Participate in staff meetings, training programmes, school events, and academic activities.

Support students' overall academic, social, emotional, and personal development.

Follow school policies, academic standards, and child safeguarding guidelines.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in the relevant subject.

B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred or required as per the position.

Strong subject knowledge and proficiency in teaching methodologies.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.

Good lesson planning and time management abilities.

Ability to use digital tools and smart classroom technology.

Patience, creativity, adaptability, and a student-friendly approach.

Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Experience Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of teaching experience in a recognised school.

Experience teaching the relevant subject at the primary, middle level.

Experience in handling Grades 9 and 10 is preferred for secondary-level positions.
