Skillmate Global is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive with a strong focus on recruitment. If you have excellent sourcing skills, can manage multiple openings, and know how to close positions efficiently, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Drive faster closures while ensuring candidate quality.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
Requirements
- Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring deadlines.
- Target-driven mindset with a strong focus on closures.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
