Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist – Core Technology & Leadership Hiring

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3–4+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end domestic recruitment, specifically across Core Technology and Leadership Hiring.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience working directly with internal hiring teams at large MNCs or Global Capability Centres (GCCs), with strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to manage hiring requirements independently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Handle domestic hiring for Core Technology roles and leadership-level positions.
- Partner directly with Hiring Managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and deliver quality candidates.
- Drive direct sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, networking,



and other recruitment channels.
- Manage multiple hiring mandates, recruitment pipelines, and stakeholder expectations.
- Ensure effective communication with candidates and timely closure of open positions.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition.
- Solid experience in domestic Core Technology and Leadership Hiring.
- Previous experience in an internal recruitment team at a large MNC or GCC is essential.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and candidate engagement skills.
- Strong understanding of direct sourcing and recruitment strategies.
