: AmSan Technology is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in Tally accounting software and a good understanding of the complete accounting process. The ideal candidate must have previously worked with a Chartered Accountant (CA), CA firm, or auditing firm and should be capable of independently handling day-to-day accounting transactions.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Purchase Entries: Recording and maintaining sales invoices, purchase bills, and related transactions in Tally. Receipt & Payment Entries: Managing customer receipts, vendor payments, and daily accounting vouchers. Bank Reconciliation (BRS): Performing regular bank reconciliations and identifying discrepancies.

Ledger Management: Maintaining accurate customer, supplier, and general ledger accounts. GST & TDS: Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting compliance requirements.

Outstanding

Follow-ups: Monitoring customer receivables, vendor payables, and payment reconciliation.

Accounting Reports: Preparing trial balances, ledger statements, and basic MIS reports.

Audit Coordination:



Supporting Chartered Accountants and auditors with accounting records and documentation.

Mandatory

Requirements B.Com graduate – compulsory. Minimum 1 to 1.5 years of practical accounting experience. Prior working experience with a CA firm, Chartered Accountant, or auditing firm is mandatory. Good hands-on knowledge of TallyPrime / Tally accounting software. Ability to independently handle sales, purchase, receipt, payment, and bank reconciliation entries. Basic proficiency in MS Excel. Valuable numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
