We are looking for passionate HR professionals to join our recruitment team and help us build a strong workforce for our growing healthcare and social impact initiatives.

- HR Executive – Fresher
- Experience: Fresher
- Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR
- Prior HR internship experience is required.
- Interest in recruitment, candidate coordination, interview scheduling, and HR operations.
- Solid communication and organisational skills.

- Junior Talent Acquisition Executive

- Experience: 1–3 years
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and candidate engagement.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures.





- Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist / Team Lead

- Experience: 4–7 years
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and locations.
- Handle and guide the recruitment team, allocate hiring targets, and monitor performance.
- Develop sourcing strategies and improve recruitment turnaround time.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, hiring reports, and recruitment planning.
