As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Eye-Q Eye Hospitals, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and hire top talent.

Key Responsibilities

Skills and Tools Required

- Ability to assess candidates effectively and make sound hiring decisions.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and sourcing tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Capability to work in a quick-paced environment and handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
