Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for various business functions. This position includes partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening profiles, and conducting initial interviews.

The role involves coordinating interview processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and supporting employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent.

The Talent Acquisition





Specialist will maintain accurate recruitment data, provide hiring updates to stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement of hiring processes and tools. Collaboration with HR and business teams to ensure timely, high-quality hiring decisions is a core part of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting across multiple roles and levels.
- Candidates should possess experience in Hiring and Interviewing, including working closely with hiring managers and panels.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Employer Branding, with exposure to talent marketing or candidate engagement strategies.
- Candidates should possess solid communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Relevant experience in corporate or consulting recruitment, preferably in growth-oriented or founder-led organizations.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple requisitions, and meet hiring timelines with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Comfort with using ATS, recruitment tools, and data to drive decisions and improve processes.
- Experience 1-4 Yrs preferably in Non-IT at least for 6-12 months
