Talent Acquisition Specialist Shared Services (Malaysia)

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Shared Services functions across Malaysia.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and recruitment priorities.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Provide market intelligence and talent availability insights.
- Manage candidate data and requisitions within ATS systems.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and hiring processes.
- Support offer management, background verification, and onboarding activities.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates.
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to achieve hiring goals.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives.
