Roles and Responsibilities :

- Source top talent for various positions within the organization through headhunting, networking, and other means.

- Manage stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and preferences to ensure effective recruitment strategies.

- Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidate fit for open roles.

- Collaborate with HR team to develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview schedules.

Job Requirements :

- 3-12 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.

- Proven track record of successful headhunting and stakeholder management.

- Solid understanding of IT services & consulting industry trends and market dynamics.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients.
