Support the Talent Acquisition team in end-to-end recruitment activities, gaining hands-on exposure to sourcing, screening, and hiring processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment Support
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Coordinate interview logistics and candidate communication
- Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives
Recruitment Operations & MIS
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Generate recruitment MIS reports and trackers
REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets
Soft Skills
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
QUALIFICATIONS
- Pursuing/recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
