About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Executive who will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from understanding manpower requirements to onboarding candidates. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sourcing and hiring for engineering, manufacturing, sales, service, and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including job understanding, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment consultants, and networking.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles across functions.
- Handle recruitment for technical, engineering, sales, service, operations, and corporate positions.

Stakeholder Management

- Work closely with business heads and functional managers to understand role requirements and ensure timely closure of positions.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, challenges, and market availability of talent.




- Coordinate with internal teams for interview scheduling, feedback collection, offer release, and joining formalities.

Recruitment Operations

- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance during the recruitment process.
- Track recruitment metrics such as turnaround time, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio, and hiring status.
- Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring activities.

Candidate Experience

- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Manage candidate communication, follow-ups, offer discussions, and pre-joining engagement.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Experience in hiring for engineering/manufacturing organizations will be preferred.
- Positive knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and recruitment tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Good negotiation and candidate engagement skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
