JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an energetic, result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team in Bangalore. In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment across key business functions (Tech, Analytics, Product, Operations, and Business). You will work closely with Hiring Managers to source, assess, and onboard high-calibre talent in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding for tech and non-tech roles.
- Utilise multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals (Naukri, Indeed), direct headhunting, networking, and employee referrals.
- Screen and assess candidate profiles against business requirements, role competencies, and cultural fit.




- Partner with Hiring Managers and Business Leaders to understand hiring priorities and streamline recruitment funnels.
- Manage compensation discussions, offer rollouts, counter-offer negotiations, and candidate engagement to ensure a high acceptance rate.
- Track and maintain key talent acquisition metrics using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Time-to-Fill, Cost-per-Hire, and Channel Yield.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

KEY REQUIREMENTS & ELIGIBILITY
- 2 to 5 years of core recruitment/talent acquisition experience within a fast-growing Fintech, Product/Tech company, or Startup.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing passive candidates for niche or high-demand roles.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with ATS tools (e.g., Darwinbox, Lever, Greenhouse) and Job Portals (Naukri, LinkedIn).
- Ability to work independently in a rapid-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
