Role & responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and Non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals and other recruitment channels.
- Source & screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and regular hiring reports.
- Negotiate salary expectations and manage offer rollouts and follow-ups.
- Support pre-boarding activities and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
Preferred candidate profile
- 13 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Experience in sourcing candidates for IT / Non-IT roles.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri & LinkedIn sourcing.
- Valuable communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and meet hiring timelines.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
