Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and target-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple business verticals. In this role, you will be responsible for mapping talent pools, sourcing qualified candidates using various channels, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating the full interview life cycle to fulfill hiring requirements within specified deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Full-Lifecycle Recruitment: Drive candidate sourcing, initial assessment, interview scheduling, salary negotiation, and offer issuance through to joining.

- Multi-Channel Sourcing: Leverage major job platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, Foundit), internal databases, social media channels, and referral networks to maintain a active candidate pipeline.

- Candidate Screening: Conduct pre-screening assessments to evaluate candidate background, technical/functional fit, communication skills, and budget alignment.

- Interview Coordination: Schedule interview rounds with key internal stakeholders, track candidate feedback, and maintain smooth communication throughout the hiring process.

- Database & Reporting: Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and ATS data to monitor hiring pipelines, turnaround times, and offer acceptance rates.





- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with department heads and delivery managers to align on job descriptions, skill requirements, and hiring timelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in core recruitment/talent acquisition.

- Portal Expertise: Proficiency in working with key recruitment portals including Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, Foundit, and candidate databases.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

- Skills: Robust verbal and written communication skills, effective negotiation abilities, and candidate relationship management.

- Work Model: Willingness to work full-time from the office in Kandivali, Mumbai (5-day work week, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
