We are looking for a hands-on Recruiter who can manage end-to-end hiring for both technical and non- technical roles in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Video Editors
- Content Creators / Content Strategists / Creator Manager
- Marketing, Growth, and Operations roles
Responsibilities
1. End-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer closure
2. Headhunting, outbound sourcing, and bulk hiring
3.
Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews
4. Coordinating interviews and managing candidate experience
5. Salary negotiation and offer discussions
6. Maintaining recruitment tracker and ATS updates
7. Working closely with hiring managers and founders
Requirements
1. Minimum 1+ years of recruitment experience
2. Experience in both tech and non-tech hiring (or strong exposure to either)
3. Good sourcing skills on Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other platforms
4. Strong communication and coordination skills
5. Ability to manage multiple roles with tight timelines
6. Startup experience is a plus
