We are looking for a System Engineer with 2+ years of overall experience (including 2+ years in production support) to maintain and support our data engineering platforms, ETL workflows, and cloud infrastructure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- L1/L2/L2.5 Production Support: Provide operational support for data pipelines, batch jobs, and cloud platforms. Monitoring &
- Incident Management: Monitor alerts, troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and meet SLAs.

- Runbook &

- Config Execution: Perform routine operational tasks, system health checks, and configuration updates using Runbooks.

- Issue Resolution: Perform simple to medium issue analysis and troubleshooting (no code fixes required).

- Data &

- Pipeline Support: Support data ingestion, migration, and transformation processes in Google Cloud, BigQuery, and Linux environments.





- Effective Communication: Maintain explicit communication with stakeholders, analysts, and engineering teams during incidents.

- Flexible to work in rotational / Night Shift

EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS

- Core Skills: Monitoring, Alert &
- Incident Management, Runbook Execution, Config Changes.

- Technical Exposure: Linux environment, Cloud experience (GCP preferred), and ETL experience (Informatica/AWS Glue/Databricks preferred).

- Languages &

- Querying: Hands-on experience with Python, PySpark, and complex SQL queries.

- Process &

- Communication: Strong problem-solving, effective verbal/written communication, and ITIL process awareness.
