We are looking for a System Administrator to set up, maintain, monitor, and support our IT systems and network infrastructure, ensuring smooth and secure day-to-day operations. The selected candidate will be required to work the night shift.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- CCNA certification or completion of a CCNA course.
- Basic to valuable working knowledge of system administration, operating systems, networking, and computer hardware.
- Fresher or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Willingness and availability to work the night shift is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot switches, routers, firewalls, and other network infrastructure.
- Perform system maintenance, upgrades,
and general IT infrastructure support.
- Follow up on IT hardware and software purchases.
- Coordinate warranty claims and service requirements with vendors.
- Provide technical support to employees both on-site and remotely.
- Monitor and resolve basic system and network-related issues during the night shift.
