Designation: CCTV Camera Operator Department: General Admin & Security

Reporting To: General Admin Department

Job Summary

Responsible for monitoring CCTV cameras and surveillance systems to ensure the safety and security of company premises, employees, visitors, and assets.

Primary Responsibilities

- Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems regularly.
- Identify and report suspicious activities, security breaches, or emergencies.
- Maintain CCTV logs and incident records.
- Review recorded footage when required for investigations.
- Coordinate with the security team for prompt action on incidents.
- Report any CCTV system faults or maintenance requirements.
- Ensure confidentiality of surveillance data and footage.

Education and Experience

- Minimum 12th Pass.
- 1-3 years of experience in CCTV monitoring or security operations preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.

- Good observation and alertness.

- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work in shifts.
