Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or related field.

Work Experience: 3 to 4 years of relevant work experience.

English Language skill: Upper intermediate

Good customer service skills

Good knowledge of installing/ maintaining software needed for production process

Good knowledge of root cause analysis and problem solving techniques

Experience in technical support engineering or similar

Good English skills (spoken and written)

Extended knowledge of MS Operating systems

Extended knowledge of SQL and MS SQL Servers

Extended knowledge of TCP/IP networks

Experience in deploying and securing container-based systems such as Docker or Kubernetes on private and public clouds

Understanding of large-scale distributed systems, advanced concepts of computer architecture and microservices (load balancers, caching, web servers, application servers, networking)

Depending on new technology requirements additional extended IT knowledge required

Valuable knowledge of the domain and products

Basic knowledge of validation of computer systems

Experience in international work environment

Nice to have skill / experience:

ITIL certification - Foundation Level

Good knowledge of SQL and MS SQL Servers

Good knowledge of validation of computer systems

Good knowledge of TCP/IP networks





Experience in laboratory or industrial environment, with knowledge of IT systems in laboratory/ production processes

Experience as field technician in industrial environment

What You Need to Succeed

Provide technical support for assigned applications by doing the troubleshooting

Document the support cases worked on for further analysis purposes

Cooperate with Product Managers on customer support cases

Assist in software products testing

Provide pre-sales support

Support market organisations in customer projects off- and in office with assigned applications installations (proposing/ designing system architectures, implementation plans, configuration features, validation)

Train market organizations and end-customers

Write technical documentations e.g. knowledge base articles, description of a functionality etc

Create/ adapt training documentation/ video
