- Supervise daily production and ensure timely targets.
- Manage manpower allocation, attendance and discipline.
- Ensure product quality, hygiene, housekeeping and 5S compliance.
- Follow SOPs, GMP guidelines and safety procedures.
- Maintain production records and prepare daily reports.
- Coordinate with Production, QC, IPQA, warehouse & maintenance teams.
- Minimize material wastage, downtime and process deviations.
