Job Purpose/ Summary

The Sub Section Head-Costing-Finance & Accounts, designated as Assistant Manager, plays a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations related to costing within the organization. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of accounting standards and data analytics. The role involves managing and interpreting complex financial data to provide actionable insights that drive cost optimization and resource planning.

The Assistant

Manager will collaborate with various departments to ensure financial practices align with statutory regulations and organizational goals. A key aspect of this role is to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the Finance & Accounts department. The incumbent will also be responsible for developing and managing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources, and achieving financial targets.
