Role Description The Study Visa Counselor is a full-time, in office role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. This role involves counseling students and families on study destinations, programs, eligibility, and visa requirements, ensuring they understand each step of the process. The counselor will assist applicants in preparing and organizing documents, filling out visa forms, and coordinating appointments with embassies or consulates.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting consultations, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in person, and maintaining accurate records of applications and follow-ups.

Counselor will also stay updated on changing visa regulations, collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex cases, and contribute to information sessions or workshops organized by the company.

Qualifications

- Strong counseling and advisory skills, with the ability to explain study pathways and visa processes clearly and patiently.
- Excellent communication skills in English and local languages, including confident speaking, active listening, and professional writing.
