Job Summary

JSE Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled Structural BIM Modeller with hands-on experience in structural modelling, BIM coordination and construction drawing preparation. The candidate should be proficient in Autodesk Revit Structure and familiar with structural elements, detailing and coordination with architectural and MEP teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain 3D structural BIM models using Autodesk Revit Structure.
- Create structural models for foundations, columns, beams, slabs, walls, stairs and other structural elements.
- Prepare structural plans, sections, elevations, reinforcement details and construction drawings as per project requirements.
- Interpret structural design drawings, engineering specifications and project documentation.
- Coordinate structural models with architectural and MEP models to identify and resolve clashes.
- Perform model reviews and support clash detection using Autodesk Navisworks.
- Incorporate design changes and update BIM models and drawings accordingly.
- Maintain model accuracy and follow project BIM standards and LOD requirements.
- Coordinate with structural engineers, BIM Coordinators, architects and MEP teams.
- Ensure timely delivery of models and drawings in accordance with project schedules.





Required Skills
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit Structure.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Understanding of structural components, construction drawings and detailing.
- Knowledge of BIM workflows, model coordination and clash detection.
- Familiarity with Autodesk Navisworks.
- Understanding of LOD 300/350/400 and BIM standards.
- Ability to read and interpret structural drawings.
- Good coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.

Educational Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
- Relevant experience in structural BIM modelling is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in structural design consultancies, BIM consultancies or engineering design companies.
- Experience working on commercial, residential, industrial or large-scale building projects.
- Knowledge of reinforcement modelling and detailing is an advantage.
- International project experience is an added advantage.
