About the Role The Strategy Consultant will work across two areas: campaign planning and field operations. The role involves preparing detailed campaign plans for assigned constituencies or regions, tracking their progress closely, and leading field teams to implement them on the ground. The work is measured by the results achieved in the field, not only by the plans produced.

Responsibilities

Campaign Design & Implementation

Prepare detailed campaign plans covering activities, schedules, resources and responsibilities

Track campaign progress against set targets and timelines

Prepare regular progress reports and manage budgets

Field Operations

Lead field teams to implement plans and close gaps as they arise

Visit constituencies to assess ground conditions and use these findings to adjust plans

Coordinate with political leaders, party workers,



local stakeholders and field teams

Identify operational issues on the ground and resolve them within timelines

Requirements

Graduates or postgraduates in social sciences, an MBA, engineering or a related field

0–5 years of experience. Freshers may apply.

Experience in political consulting is an advantage but not required. Candidates from consulting, operations, startups, research, policy or the social sector are welcome.

Solid analytical skills

Willingness to travel and work in the field

Marathi proficiency and familiarity with Maharashtra preferred

Location: Mumbai / Pune (travel required)
