Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Raw Material (RM) Store Executive to manage the receipt, storage, inventory, and issue of raw materials used in our printing and packaging operations. The candidate should ensure proper material identification, stock accuracy, batch traceability, and timely material availability for production.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive and verify incoming raw materials against purchase orders, delivery challans, invoices, and supplier documents.
- Handle raw materials such as paperboard, duplex board, FBB, BOPP film, PET, LDPE, aluminium foil, inks, coatings, adhesives, and other packaging materials.
- Verify material specifications, GSM, size, quantity, batch number, and supplier labels.
- Coordinate with the Quality Department for incoming material inspection and approval.
- Maintain accurate stock records in Excel.
- Issue raw materials to production against approved material requisitions and job cards.
- Maintain batch-wise and roll-wise material identification and traceability.
- Ensure proper storage, material segregation, FIFO/FEFO, and stock rotation wherever applicable.
- Monitor minimum stock levels and inform the Purchase Department about replenishment requirements.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain GRN,



material issue records, stock registers, rejection/hold material records, and other store documents.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and 5S practices in the RM store.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Accounts Departments.
- Support internal, customer, and certification audits by maintaining updated store records.

Required Qualifications
- Any Degree / Diploma in Stores Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience in raw material stores, preferably in the printing, packaging, paperboard, or manufacturing industry.
- Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management.
- Knowledge of GRN, stock registers, FIFO/FEFO, material traceability, and physical stock verification.
- Good communication, coordination, and record-maintenance skills.
