Responsibilities

- Inventory Control & Tracking: Accurately log the receipt, distribution, and overall ledger of critical poultry assets—including specialized poultry feeds, medicines, vaccines, day-old chick packaging material, and cleaning chemicals.
- Cold Chain & Perishables Supervision: Monitor correct storage conditions (such as specific temperature guidelines for vaccines and biological inputs) to safeguard shelf-life.
- Procurement & Demand Forecasting: Anticipate shortages and create requisitions for farm inputs based on seasonal flock sizes, hatching schedules,



and feed mill outputs
- Biosecurity & Safety Regulation: Oversee the strict sanitation of inward-bound inventory pallets and equipment to eliminate potential pathogen transfers into bio-secure zones
- Auditing & Reporting: File routine stock reconciliation, daily ledger updates, and waste/damage tracking sheets to management
