- Conduct eye exams, dispense glasses and contact lenses, and provide vision correction solutions to customers.
- Perform refractions to determine the correct prescription for each customer's eyes.
- Maintain accurate records of patient data, including exam results and prescriptions filled.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-6 years of experience as an optometrist or related field (optics/ophthalmology).
- Bachelor's degree in Optometry (B.Sc), MS/M.Sc(Science) or equivalent qualification.
- Solid knowledge of optics,
ophthalmology, vision science, refraction techniques, dispensing methods etc.
