Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets, LFL growth, and store KPIs.
- Ensure excellent customer service and brand standards.
- Manage inventory, stock control, audits, and store operations.
- Lead, train, and motivate the store team.
- Handle staff scheduling, recruitment, and performance management.
- Execute promotional activities and visual merchandising.
- Prepare daily sales reports and operational MIS.
Requirements:
- Experience in retail store management.
- Strong leadership and customer service skills.
- Valuable English communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
