About the Company

Spinoff Technopark Limited is looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to oversee store operations, sales, purchasing, inventory management, and team handling. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of hardware products, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage the complete store operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Store Operations: Manage day-to-day store activities and ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Sales Management: Handle sales activities, customer enquiries, order processing, and customer relationship management.
- Purchase & Procurement: Manage purchasing activities, coordinate with vendors and suppliers, negotiate prices, and ensure the timely availability of required materials.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock records, monitor stock levels, conduct regular stock audits, and minimize shortages or excess inventory.
- Team Management: Supervise, guide, and manage the complete store team, assign responsibilities, and monitor individual performance.
- Hardware Product Knowledge: Maintain a valuable understanding of hardware products, materials, pricing,



and market availability.
- Vendor Coordination: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and ensure competitive pricing and timely deliveries.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain purchase records, sales reports, stock registers, invoices, and other relevant documentation.
- Coordination: Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth material movement, order fulfilment, and operational efficiency.
- Process Compliance: Ensure proper storage, material handling, safety, and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in store management, preferably in the hardware, electrical, electronics, or industrial products sector.
- Strong experience in sales, purchasing, inventory control, and complete team management.
- Good negotiation, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory or ERP software will be an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and ensure smooth store operations.

Salary & Benefits Salary: 40,000–50,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
