Role Description The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and maintaining the brand’s luxury standards at the Prayagraj location. This full-time, on-site role includes managing store staff, organizing schedules, guiding performance, and fostering a culture of high-quality customer service.

Manager will monitor inventory, merchandising, and visual displays to align with brand guidelines and support sales targets.



The role also involves implementing retail loss prevention measures, managing cash handling procedures, and ensuring adherence to company policies.

Manager will analyze sales reports, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with regional teams to drive store performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and a focus on Customer Satisfaction.
- Store Management experience in a premium or luxury retail setting.
- Effective Communication skills to lead teams, interact with customers, and coordinate with regional and corporate stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices and the ability to implement and monitor related procedures.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets, manage inventory, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Experience supervising and developing store teams, including performance coaching and training.
- Comfort with basic retail systems and reporting tools; familiarity with POS and inventory management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per retail requirements.
- Relevant qualification in Retail Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Passion for skincare, wellness, and Ayurveda, with an understanding of luxury customer expectations.
