Job Responsibilities

- Store & Inventory Management: Maintain daily records of raw materials, finished goods, and other stock. Record all material received, issued, dispatched, and returned.
- Daily Stock Reporting: Submit an updated stock report every day, including opening stock, receipts, consumption/issues, dispatches, and closing stock.
- Dispatch Management: Coordinate with production and the store team to ensure the correct quantity and material is ready for dispatch.
- Vehicle Arrangement: Arrange suitable vehicles for material delivery and collection from different locations, coordinating with transporters and drivers.
- Inward Material Management: Verify received material quantities against challans, invoices, and purchase records.
- Dispatch Documentation: Maintain dispatch slips, delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills wherever applicable, and vehicle details.
- Stock Reconciliation: Ensure physical stock matches recorded stock and immediately report any shortage, excess, or discrepancy.
- Coordination: Coordinate with production, purchase, accounts, customers,



and transporters to ensure timely material movement.

Candidate Requirements
- Experience in storekeeping, inventory management, dispatch, or logistics.
- Experience in a manufacturing unit; corrugated packaging experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills, Excel, and stock register maintenance.
- Ability to arrange vehicles, negotiate transport rates, and coordinate with drivers.
- Honest, organised, responsible, and disciplined with daily reporting.

Key Performance Expectations
- Daily stock report submitted on time.
- Physical stock matches recorded stock.
- No dispatch without quantity verification and proper documentation.
- Vehicles arranged on time at reasonable transport rates.
- All inward and outward material movements recorded on the same day.

Salary: ₹9,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and capability. Interested candidates can share their resume and expected salary.
